Coba Trip and Spider Monkeys

We took the boys down to Coba and visited the ruins there, along with the spider monkey preseve. We have some great friends from Colorado who bought a house just outside of Akumel whom we stayed with.

Thanks Brenda! I've always been curious about Coba! We climbed El Castillo at Chichen Itza before they closed it and I scooted down the upper half on my butt! Hope your last day on Isla is divine!

Is there a special park for the monkeys? I'm dying to do something like that if I can get a day off the island!

Looks like you are making the most of your trip, enjoy your last day. We must meet on the next one!

IslaZina, I know there is a place called "The Jungle Place", Michele in Playa blogged about it, looks fantastic! Is that where you took the family Brenda?

Saw Br today. He was looking all sad and shit. Not! Hope you made it home safely and aren't suffering withdrawal. It was great to see you again and share some gossip the other night!

Zina I think they actually went to the reserve near Coba, Punta Laguna.
Yuo can see a little more about it here:

Jungle Place is more of a spider monkey rescue place, it is awesome!
